Is the filter washable and replaceable?
Yes, the chiller has a washable mesh pre-filter and a built-in 20-micron filter that can be replaced when necessary.
Can I keep this outside?
Yes, we recommend covering the tub during heavy rain or downpours. We also advise keeping the soaking tub lid closed to maintain water cleanliness. Additionally, we suggest storing it in a shaded area.
How often should I change the water?
make sure to change water at least every two weeks.
How often to change the filter？
To maintain optimal performance, filter cartridges should be replaced approximately every three weeks, depending on usage
Is it easy to drain?
Yes，Not only does the burble have a built-in drain valve, but it also has drain holes on the outside where you can attach a hose to drain the water elsewhere so you can empty the tub quickly.
