1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 One-Year Limited Warranty
Burblewell warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.

During this period, if your product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue and the damage is not caused by the customer, we will provide a one-to-one replacement free of charge.

1.2 Post-Warranty Support
After the one-year warranty expires, Burblewell remains committed to supporting our customers. We will assist you in diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues. While we will no longer provide free replacements, we offer repair services and parts replacement at reasonable prices.


2. Warranty Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Burblewell or its authorized dealers.

  • The original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

  • The product must have been used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the user manual.

  • The product must not have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.

2.2 What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Customer negligence or misuse (e.g., physical damage, drops, improper operation).

  • Water damage resulting from improper sealing or misuse.

  • Electrical issues due to improper power supply, voltage surges, or instability.

  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or tampering with internal components.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, dents, or fading).

  • Environmental factors (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight, or corrosive substances).

  • Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions in the user manual.


3. How to Claim Warranty Service

If you encounter issues with your Burblewell product, follow these steps:

Step 3: Product Replacement or Repair

  • If eligible for a one-to-one replacement, we will arrange free shipping of a new device.

5. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty claims are honored only for products purchased from Burblewell or an authorized dealer.

  • Shipping Costs: For domestic customers, we may cover return shipping on a case-by-case basis. International customers may be responsible for shipping costs.

  • All warranty decisions by Burblewell are final and based on our assessment.
