How cold does the water get?
Our chillers can maintain a constant water temperature of 37°F-107°F.
How long does it take for the water to cool down and heat up?
The time it takes for the water to cool down or heat up depends on the ambient temperature. Generally, it will take about 2-3 hours to reach your desired temperature.
Can I keep this outside?
Yes, We just recommend covering your chiller in case of heavy storms or rain. It's also advisable to keep the lid on your plunge to maintain the cleanliness of the water.We also recommend that you store it in a cool place.
How do I keep the water clean?
The chiller machine is equipped with a 20-micron filter, an ozone generator, and UV Disinfection Technology to help keep the water clean.
How often should I change the water?
make sure to change water at least every two weeks.
How often to change the filter?
To maintain optimal performance, filter cartridges should be replaced approximately every three weeks, depending on usage
Is it easy to drain?
Yes,Not only does the burble have a built-in drain valve, but it also has drain holes on the outside where you can attach a hose to drain the water elsewhere so you can empty the tub quickly.

Our standard delivery service brings your order right to your doorstep. Since the cold water tub is a self-contained unit designed for easy installation, you can simply inflate it and connect the power supply yourself using our quick guide—no professional installation required.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How quickly will my cold plunge ship?
“In-stock” items will ship within 3 business days. This delivery timeframe applies to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories requires an additional 2-3 weeks. International order delivery times vary by region—please contact our sales department for details.
What should I do if the item I received is damaged or missing parts?
We sincerely apologize for this situation! Please email photos or videos of the defective item along with your order number to info@burblewellness within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will promptly process your exchange or replacement.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must remain unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, the main unit of an unsealed and used cold water bath may not be eligible for unconditional return, except for issues with accessories. Is there a warranty?
Burblewell products carry a one-year warranty effective from the date of delivery. Please note that damage caused by human error is not covered under warranty.
